Classification of moulds

2. Elastic parts, such as springs, are most easily damaged during use and usually break and deform. The way is to replace. Pay attention to the specification and model of the spring during the replacement process. The specification and model of the spring are confirmed by the color, outer diameter and length, and can only be replaced if the three are the same.
3. When in use, the punch is prone to fracture, bending and gnawing, and the punch will generally gnaw. Damage to punches and presses is generally replaced with parts of the same specification. The parameters of the stamping are mainly the size of the working part, the size of the installation part, the length and so on.
4. Fasten the parts. The way to check whether the fastening parts are loose and damaged is to find and replace the parts of the same specification.
5. During maintenance of pressing parts such as pressing plate and excellent glue, confirm the relationship between parts and whether they are damaged, repair the damaged parts, check the pneumatic tower materials, confirm whether they are leaking, and take measures according to the specific situation. If the trachea is damaged, replace it.
