Three level distribution: neutral point directly grounded dedicated protection zero line system called TN-S to zero protection system, commonly known as three-phase five-wire system. Installation rules of power distribution cabinet
1. The power distribution cabinet and lighting distribution box are set separately. If they are placed in the same distribution box, the power and lighting lines are set separately, and the lighting lines are connected to the upper side of the power switch.
2. The third-level box is the last-level power distribution cabinet. There is only one switch and one leakage in the box. Each electrical device has its own switch. It is strictly forbidden to use one switch to directly control more than two electrical equipment.
3. The procurement of power distribution cabinets shall meet the quality of products qualified for safety inspection. The leakage protector purchased is a product officially approved by the national designated manufacturer or relevant department.
(1) The electrical appliances in the power distribution cabinet are first installed on the metal plate or installation strip, and then the whole is fixed in the distribution box, and the metal plate is electrically connected to the distribution box.
All kinds of electrical appliances in the distribution box and switch box shall be fastened according to the specified position, and shall not be skewed or loose on the mounting plate. The distance between electrical appliances and equipment and around the disc should meet the requirements of relevant technical standards.
(2) The working neutral wire in the power distribution cabinet is connected through the terminal board and separated from the terminal board that protects the neutral wire (grounding wire).
The connecting wires in the box shall be insulated wires, and the wire type and section shall be in strict accordance with the section marked on the temporary drawing. The wires between various instruments shall be insulated copper wires with a cross section of not less than 2.52. The joints of the wires shall not be loose and there shall be no exposed live parts.
The metal frame, metal box, door, metal base and shell of electrical appliances in the box shall be protected and connected to zero, and connected through the terminal.
The cables behind the distribution box need to be arranged neatly, tied in bundles, and fixed on the panel with clips. The lead-in and lead-out lines behind the panel should be left with appropriate allowances to facilitate maintenance.
The wire shall not be damaged at the place where the wire is exploited, the wire crimping pliers shall be firm and reliable, and multiple wires shall not be crimped by the coil. Install the wire crimping terminal and hang tin.
The distribution cabinet is installed steadily and firmly, and the mounting frame is welded with angle iron. The center line of the distribution box is 1.4m from the ground, and the mounting frame is painted with red and white paint.
