How to layout the control cabinet

2. The low-voltage unit, relay and contactor of the electric control cabinet are protected by fuses. 3. Ensure that the contactor in the electric control cabinet has arc extinguishing function. The AC contactor uses a r-c suppressor, and the DC contactor uses a "flywheel" diode, which is installed in the winding. The use of varistor suppressors is also very effective.
4. If the equipment is operating in a noise-sensitive environment, an emc filter can be used to reduce radiated interference. At the same time, for best results, please ensure that there should be good contact between the filter and the mounting plate.
5. The motor cable should be routed separately from other control cables, with a minimum distance of 500mm. At the same time, avoid long-distance parallel routing of motor cables and control cables. When the control cable crosses the power cable, it should be crossed at 90 ° as far as possible. At the same time, the shielding of motor cables and control cables must be fixed on the mounting plate with suitable clips.
6. In order to effectively suppress the radiation and conduction of electromagnetic waves, the motor cable of the frequency converter must be a shielded cable, and the conductivity of the shielding layer must be at least 1/10 of the conductivity of the conductor core of each phase.
7. the electrical control cabinet shall be provided with neutral row group and protection ground row group (pe). the grounding bar group and pe conductive rows are connected with the beam (the copper bar is connected with the copper bar). They shall be immediately adjacent to the cable gland. The ground bar group is additionally connected to the protection circuit (ground bar) via another cable. The shielded bus is used to ensure a reliable shielded connection of each cable. It achieves large-area metal-to-metal connections through beams.
8. The operation panel with display cannot be installed near cables and devices with coils, such as power lines, contactors, relays, solenoid valves, transformers, etc., because they will produce a strong magnetic field that affects the measurement accuracy of the instrument.
