Note:

2. Spot welding parts can be chemically treated, but not electrochemically treated (including electroplating and anodizing);

3. Aluminum alloy castings can not be anodized with sulfuric acid;

4. Slender tubular (its length is greater than 2 times the diameter) parts are generally not suitable for electrochemical treatment, because there will be no film on the inner surface; (special measures can be taken to meet the requirements in special cases)

5. Parts with deep grooves plated with grooves or pores (generally larger than 2 times the diameter or opening width, but the workmanship is not limited), the inner surface of the parts will not be completely covered by the coating;

6. Sprayed steel parts are phosphated in advance to increase the adhesion of the coating;

7. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of bright nickel plated steel parts, copper or dark nickel can be plated first;

8. Zinc-based alloys are generally protected and decorated with electroplating layers. In order to improve the adhesion of the coating, it is generally necessary to pre-plate copper or nickel;

9. Since most organic gases have an effect on the corrosion of zinc, in the design of sheet metal processing, the galvanized layer in contact with organic materials should be carefully selected or assembled in the same enclosure;

10. For electroplated (oxidized) parts that need to be riveted, the processing procedure must be electroplated (or oxidized) first, and then riveted.
