Selection of materials

Process design flow of sheet metal processing
1. blanking
The main ways of cutting are as follows:
Shearing machine: use the shearing machine to cut out the shape of the drawing. If the length and width of the drawing have blanking angles and cutting angles, the blanking machine can be combined with the mold to form blanking angles and cutting angles;
Punch: is the use of traditional punch in one step or more steps in the plate market will be a part after the flat piece blanking into a variety of product shape material, its advantage is a lot of short working hours, high efficiency, high precision, low cost, suitable for large-scale industrial production;
NC NC blanking: NC blanking must first write a numerical control technology processing program, and use network programming design software to write the drawn expansion diagram into a program that can be recognized by the machine tool for NC data information processing, so that it can punch out flat pieces of different shapes of various social structures on the flat plate step by step according to our programs;
Laser cutting: the use of laser cutting method, the structure of the flat shape in the large plate cut out. And CNC blanking, the need to write a program. It can cut plates with complex shapes, with high cost and accuracy greater than 0.1mm;
Sawing machine: mainly use aluminum profiles, square tubes, round tubes, round bars, etc., with low cost and low precision;
Plasma cutting: The main research is aimed at China's non-ferrous metals (stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, nickel) cutting work to achieve better results.
2. Flanging
Also known as wire drawing hole, it is pulled into a larger hole on a smaller base hole and then tapped. It is mainly used for normal shallow flanging around the hole when the thickness of the plate is thin, and the thickness will not change. After processing, it can be directly tapped.
3. Punch
Is the use of mold forming process, the general punch processing has punching, cutting angle, blanking, punching convex shell, punching, tearing, drawing deep hole, forming and other processing methods, the processing needs to have the corresponding mold to complete the operation, such as punching die, punching die, tearing die, drawing deep hole die, forming die and so on.
4. Pressure riveting
Riveting mainly includes riveting nuts, screws, loosening, etc. The operation is completed by a hydraulic riveting machine or a punching machine, which is riveted to the sheet metal part. There is also expansion riveting method, we should pay attention to the direction.
5. Bending
It is the part that folds the plate into the required arc or curvature. The processing enterprise needs to have a bending bed and the corresponding bending material mold design to complete, it also has a certain no bending processing sequence, the principle is to the next knife does not affect the interference of the first folding, will produce problems of interference after folding.
6. Welding
Welding, also known as fusion welding, is a heating method that adds metal or other thermoplastic materials through high temperature or high pressure.
